What It Takes to Qualify

To qualify for the Ford President’s Award, dealerships must achieve top-tier customer satisfaction in sales and service. Dealerships must also meet strict sales targets, with only a fraction of dealerships qualifying annually for this mark of excellence in customer care.

To Receive the Ford President’s Award, dealerships must:

  • Consistently exceed customer expectations in sales and service experiences.
  • Achieve 100% or higher in retail sales effectiveness and score better than their regional customer viewpoint group.
  • Be evaluated based on customer surveys from actual buyers and service customers, with a minimum number of completed sales and service surveys.
  • This is a highly selective award, with only a small percentage of the over 5,000 Ford dealerships earning it each year.

Jack Madden Ford is once again proud to be recognized as a recipient of the 2020 Ford Motor Company President’s Award. One of the Ford Motor Company’s most prestigious accolades, the President’s Award is only given to the top 1% of Ford Dealers throughout the United States.

To truly be the best-of-the-best, Jack Madden Ford had to receive the highest customer satisfaction based on surveys and reputation scoring in both sales and service.

The 2020 President’s Award is Jack Madden Ford’s 3rd honor, having previously received the distinction in 2017 and 2018.
