Walk Into History

The Walk Into History Tour is one of the Freedom Trail Foundation's most popular tours, and it begins at the Boston Common Visitor Information Center. This tour is offered daily at 11 a.m., noon, and 1 p.m., and you can expect it to take about 90 minutes to complete. On the tour, you'll learn about revolutionary history at stops such as the Massachusetts State House, the King's Chapel and Burying Ground, and the Old Corner Bookstore. There is a fee to take this tour, which varies based on age, but children under the age of 6 are free.

Harvard Yard in Ninety Minutes

Learn more about the interesting history of Harvard by taking the Harvard Yard in Ninety Minutes Tour with a local guide. Guides tell stories of the religious battles that defined the founding of this well-known university, and you'll hear about some of its patriots, like Sam Adams and John Hancock, whose political and religious ideas were the basis for the American Revolution.
