How much do you think my trade is worth?
In
order for us to provide you a definitive figure for your trade-in we must see
the vehicle. A typical professional appraisal takes 20 minutes and can
often be done while you are on a test drive. If you are not yet ready to
visit our dealership for a full appraisal, we suggest you take advantage of our
BlackBook online appraisal tool. You can access it here: VALUE YOUR TRADE
What kind of interest rate will your dealership offer me?
Many
new Ford vehicles offer special financing incentives to qualified buyers,
generally in lieu of certain rebates. Should the vehicle you decide to
purchase not include any such finance programs, we use many competing lenders
who are eager to earn your business with a very aggressive interest rate.

Will the price be lower if I pay cash?
No,
whether you decide to pay with cash or finance your vehicle price will not
change. We do not believe an individual's payment method should influence
the selling price.
Will the price quote I receive from you change when I visit the dealership?
No,
absolutely not. The price quote we provide you is a real price on a real
car you can really buy.
Does your quote include rebates and/or other incentives that
most people do not qualify for in order to lure me in?
No,
our dealership prides itself on transparency. We are indeed committed to
informing you of any and all programs available to help you save money.
However, our price quotes do not include programs such as Ford’s Military
Service ($500 on select vehicles) that few people qualify for. So, you do
not need to look for and read any "fine print" with disclaimers
surrounding our price quotes.
How do you come up with your price quotes?
At
Jack Madden Ford, we arrive at our price quotes through market and supply
research. Twice weekly, we “mystery shop” the competition and verify supply
levels for the dealers we shopped. Unfortunately, some dealers will quote
unrealistically low prices on vehicles they don’t have stocked. We don’t do
that. All of this is done to ensure our prices are both very aggressive and
very fair.
Beyond the vehicle's selling price, what other
costs are associated with a purchase at Jack Madden Ford?
Provided you are a Mass. resident and intend to register your vehicle in
Massachusetts, you will pay 6.25% sales tax on the vehicle's selling
price. Should you have a trade-in, you will be taxed on the difference
after trade. Other costs include: Mass. Registry fees: $25 transfer plate fee
or $50 new plate fee, $75 title fee, $29 state inspection sticker.
Dealership Administrative fee: $225.
I am a New Hampshire resident. Will I have to
Massachusetts’s sales tax if I purchase my car from you?
No, you will not be responsible for Mass sales tax should you be a New
Hampshire resident. It will just require us to ensure you take delivery
of your vehicle in New Hampshire. We help many New Hampshire residents
purchase a vehicle. Consequently, we are very familiar with the process
and are highly capable of assisting you in completing it smoothly.
If I didn't purchase my vehicle at your dealership will I be
treated any different than someone who did when I visit for Service?
Not a chance. We sincerely appreciate your decision to conduct business at our
dealership and we strongly desire for you to continue visiting us. To do
this, we must treat you with the same exceptional service we treat all of our
customers, sales and otherwise. We do not care where you purchased your
vehicle, we care that when you visit us you are thoroughly impressed with our
level or service.
Must I service my car at your dealership if I purchase it
from you?
No, you are welcome to service your vehicle at any dealership or establishment
you please. Ford does suggest you service at a Ford dealership and we
suggest you service here, but ultimately it is your choice.
